How to make milk jelly

Milk jelly is a dessert with milk, honey and water as the main ingredients, a casual dessert that can be made at home.

Raw materials:

 Milk

 honey

 water

 Gelatin

Method One:


  • Mix gelatin with water and heat in microwave oven for 30 seconds

  •  

    Stir milk with honey, add gelatin and stir, pour into the mold

    Extremely durable

  • Place a layer of plastic wrap on top of the mold and place in the top shelf of the refrigerator until solidified.

  • Compensates misalignment and deflections

  • De-film and drizzle with lemon juice is more delicious

Method Two:

  • Dry-running and corrosion-resistant

1. soften the giletin chips in cool boiling water.

2. Heat over hot water, add granulated sugar and stir until the sugar melts.

3. Then add to the milk and stir well. 

4. Finally put into molds and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
